These Terms explain how we keep our community safe, respectful, and focused on poetry. By using Penaiku.com, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use Penaiku.com.
2. Original work & credit
Post your own work, or give proper credit when sharing someone else’s work.
Do not copy and post other people’s writing as your own.
3. Adult content
Do not post pornographic or explicit sexual content.
This includes nudity or visible genitalia in posts, images, or profile pictures.
Promoting adult content is also not allowed.
4. Profanity & sensitive content
You may use strong language in your writing.
If your post contains explicit or sensitive content, please mark it using the
“Explicit content included” option when publishing.
5. Abuse of the platform
Do not misuse our services. This includes:
- Mass-reporting users or posts
- Using bots or automated tools
- Trying to manipulate likes, follows, or rankings
- Attempting to harm or overload the platform
6. Advertising & promotions
This platform is focused on poetry and creative writing.
Do not use it to sell products or promote unrelated services or spam links.
Sharing personal projects related to writing or poetry may be allowed, as long as it’s not spammy.
7. Respect other users
Do not harass, bully, threaten, or target others.
Hate speech, discrimination, and personal attacks are not allowed.
8. Illegal or harmful content
Do not post content that is illegal, encourages harm, or promotes violence or dangerous behavior.
9. Impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person, brand, or public figure.
10. Account responsibility
You are responsible for anything posted from your account.
Do not share your account or use someone else’s account without permission.
11. Content moderation
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
We can take action without warning in serious cases.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make important changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
Breaking any of these rules may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent banning of your account.
