I am silent, I am loud. I wonder who is seen within a crowd. I hear a rustling, a moving sound. I see rays where light is found. I want the king to renounce his crown. I am silent, I am loud. I pretend the wall is tall and proud. I feel like a child burdened by noble gown. Hand to my scepter. I worry my hands are too weak. Weeping in solitude, I do not speak. No, not before a crowd. I am silent, I am loud. I understand to be strong is to be weak. Shall I say the things I fear saying? I ought to speak. I dream of a world of patience and care. I try to trust, when I have trust to spare. I hope to keep climbing towards sunlit ground. I am silent, I am loud.
