Thou needest not conceal thyself, Nor seal thy hand in thy bosom. For in the ever-progress of the world, Thou art a treasure most coveted. Thou art as the blacksmith, A refiner of steel and metal alike. Thou art as the potter and the weaver, A master of craft and its beauty. Rejoice at the fruits of thy labour, Knowing thy words have uplifted another. Take heart and be joyous, For thy ways guide a prosperous youth. Be like the farmer in the time of harvest, Delighting at the crop's yield. Be as the fisherman in spring's full height, Casting his net with a heart full of pride. Let wisdom be the feet that carry thee, And knowledge the eyes through which thou seest. Let thy lips stand as a fortress of truth, And thy pride the strength of thy flock.
