Let it stain, Let it bleed, I let myself dance And sink in harmony, with all the world's greed. All my yellow stains That burned to taste joy, That forgot to breathe, That wanted to not turn blue Just to be an unrecognisable hue. I let light pass through all my wounds, I let thorny vines take over my veins, Just to be the bloom In a prized garden. I let myself be trampled wait for hundreds of seasons to get an ounce of agreement, Over and over. Will this world even learn To nod for anyone's sentiment. Neither for applause Nor for any pets, Just can I be the first To live with no regrets. I will let go Of all these unfulfilling debts That feed on skin that I shed, That is hungry To find the boundless peace That scream for mercy Costing my every assembled piece. Nonetheless, I never wanted to know. For this time, Please call me lime yellow ; Not your typical joyous yellow That I was ashamed to show. I'll let my life taste sour, I'll let it stain, I'll let it bleed, I'll let myself dance In my white dress like snow, To sink in my every last greed.
