Today is the day, I'm going to do it. I woke up with those thoughts and immediately started planning this day. I go get my supplies and shove it into my backpack, heading out the door letting nobody know. When I get into the school I put a smile on my face, hiding the tears well when friends walk with me to class. (I'm going to do it at lunch time. I don't go to the lunchroom anyways, so nobody will worry.) The first hour goes by, then the second, and finally the third. Lunch bell rings and as others rush to the lunch line, I carry my backpack to an empty bathroom. Checked the stalls to make sure then took out the aspirin and Benadryl. 50 tabs each should be enough. I head to the mirror and say to myself, "See you on the other side." I go into a stall and take 10 at a time. Feeling the drowsiness from the drugs, my vision spins and darkness closes in like a movie after the credits... I hear someone scream, people running, the door opening and closing. I smiled for the last time that day....
