When I look back, in this light, times seems to fade as if in a certain twilight. I remember the cold crisp air, heavily weighing on my breath, I remember seeing all the lights, the blue and the reds. There were so many reds that night, now that I think about it. It gives me goosebumps thinking about it because you always loved white. But red. Red hair that shined like a tomato that had just been pulled from the garden and sat in the sun. Red hoodie that I had seen you wear a million times.... Then comes the bad reds. The flashing ones. The dark ones. The stained ones. The screams almost could sound like the color red, screaming so loud!! Did they just shoot him?? Please Justin don't be dead. Now that I think about it though, maybe that's why u loved red but also hated it and always loved white. You knew your fate, you knew all along what would happen that night. Never just choose red, always choose something brighter like the white, just as your looking into the light that shines ever so bright. Red was your home for a little while but white was where you would always be home. I just hope u don't feel alone in your forever home. I hope you are having so many nice deep breaths and so many laughs that you actually gag. I hope it's all beauty and blessings, no corruption or anything at all bad. I hope you are never angry or mad, never again sad. I hope you know I'll always be so glad. That you were the best little brother a sister could ever have. I'll let this poem go now, because I kinda lost track, but sometimes that's what you have to do to write, you will eventually make your way back. I love you bubby. R.I.P Ol red, the red lights are in the past.
