In the early sunbreak on rest day, I was awakened by the melodies of rain. Held my gaze on the dancing greens, Followed the raindrops falling on the bedrock, That echoed the murmur of pitter-patter. Walked a few steps out of the room To enjoy the showery, wet scene. Loved the pleasure of watching feathered friends, Playing and bathing in the ongoing rain. Walked a distance out of my home, Into the streets of Marigold City, And caught sight of people With varied umbrellas and wet coats. Eventually, the rain bid farewell and left A green and revived world.
