(original poetry about feeling insecure) the mirror’s gaze is sharp and cold, a reflection of the stories untold. you fight back tears with all your might, wondering if this is your true sight. each glance is war, each moment’s fight, showing what you come to fear at night. a face you don't want to claim, aswell as a body you don't want to have, a person lost in endless shame. you wonder, does everyone see you through this glass? are you the same in others' past? the doubts, the fears, they pull you low, your silent battle that others don’t know. #insecurity ❤️
