Yesterday followed me Gradually frolicking by its frail fingers Nipping at my heavy heels Another day slips away, I wave good bye While I overhear time whispering lengthy lies Tomorrow listens to it's illusion Persuading the world of its lingering existence Yesterday's shadow drapes my shoulders still Pointing to the signs of a confined will I hide from tomorrow's gifted gab A spun web of worry it carefully crafts I ask time how it can be here right now When it seems time has already passed

This time construct is really an interesting thing. And maybe the present, the "now" is eternal, only we are finite in this. And then there are moments when we forget time, and those are the best. Great piece... makes you think. 👌✍️❤️✨️
