The sky is painted with orange hues, wide horizon of crystal see, so deep and blue. Birds fly underneath the clouds, hurling wind–a humming sound. Kids laughing while running, elders talking and giggling. I sit in my father's lap at shore, I listen to his friends folklore. My mom would call us after to go inside our home and eat dinner. I found my home, it's calm, it's warm just like the dawn. It's a glimpse of the past, The memory I'm reminiscing, The moment I long. The scene I never want to get blurred. The image I never want to disappear. But as I reminisce about it, the rain starts to fall.
