My heart is deep within the West Virginia mountains. My soul comes alive when I go hiking in the woods. My bare feet walk on the West Virginia clay. Everyone wants beaches and wild parties but I want to fish where my soul roams free. Some want to feel the sand beneath their feet. Me, I want to feel the wildflowers and autumn leaves. You haven't lived until you see a beautiful autumn day in West Virginia. Where the colors are so beautiful. Red, yellow, orange. It's like Bob Ross painted the skies and trees. At night you can lay on a blanket and look at the stars. No buildings, no skyscrapers blocking your view. You can make a wish on those stars, but I don't want to. Because I'm right where I want to be.
