It's still hard to believe they're gone. A part of my heart is decaying. Ever since they departed away. Departed far from me and my reach. Off to paradise, on some sunny beach. But it storms here. I get no rest. Not till I depart from death. Left with no choice, but to move on. Yet my heart searches for something, To yearn, To long. But I won't find that here. Not in this place. A heart displaced will do me no good. I should be soaking up the sun, as one should. Where can I run to? What do I have, but negativity? I sowed in time. I reaped despair and agony. You left me broken. Broken with half of me, Trading the happiness For apathy. I must move on. But my past haunts me. Yet as the sun sets on horizon, So must this story. A new chapter must begin. Let go of the old sin. A windchime sings sweetly, a morning breeze. And the sunrise's warmth blankets me.
