Remain teachable, :able to learn by being taught In remaining teachable, We must adjust, :alter or move (something) slightly in order to achieve the desired fit, appearance, or result. In order to be a doer, And not just a hearer. Allowing our understanding, To change us, From the inside out. Accompanied with the knowledge, That we never know it all, And even if we think we know a thing, We do not know the thing as we should. Never accept superiority in understanding, But humbled in what is understood. Being teachable leaves no room for pride, Ego, Or dignity. It quites you in speech, And hold you accountable. : required or expected to justify actions or decisions; responsible. Because nobody can hold you accountable, The way you can and should. You owe it to yourself to be a safe, a stable place, never waivering in self-love. And it all starts, With remaining teachable!
