In desert sands where secrets lie, Beneath the moon’s unblinking eye, A merchant poor with heart so brave, Found hidden gold within a cave. He whispered soft, “Open, Sesame,” The stones obeyed so suddenly, A world of wealth before him gleamed, Far grander than he’d ever dreamed. He took but little, none for greed, Just enough to meet his need, But shadows stirred with jealous eyes, The thieves’ dark wrath began to rise. His brother sought the cave of gold, With greedy hands and spirit cold, But fear and pride became his doom, As darkness sealed his golden tomb. The thieves returned with vengeful rage, Their fury burned, no cage could gauge, Yet clever minds and hearts so true, Would find a way to see it through. The servant girl, both wise and bold, Stood firm and brave, her courage told, She planned with wit and quiet grace, To save her master from disgrace. With oil jars lined in silent row, The thieves within were doomed to woe, Her cunning hand and fearless might, Brought justice forth that fateful night. So ends the tale where greed decays, And wisdom lights the darkest maze, For those who seek with honest hand, Shall find true riches where they stand.
