Hi 😌 I'm a brown skin girl Categorized generally as a black individual The only white friends I have as of now are the ones I see on social media As a black girl that does braids Once in while with attachments like wool and the popular kinki I wonder how that came about tho Anytime it's a festive season approaching Me and my look alikes based on skin colour Can't wait to make our special attachments hair From where I come from, it's gon' be wierd if you didn't style your hair When we're done with braiding the braids that to us determined our beauty for that fest We'd flaunt and enjoy it till it's old ugly and it seems the beauty had faded Everyone talks about how beautiful the hairs are But noone talks abouts the process just the aftermath As a girl who does braids Can you remember when you'd come out from the saloon or your own bathroom after washing your hair in preparation for the D-Day After drying and the pre-preparation process is complete It's now time to make it happen At first it seems you're so over filled with joy and excitement But by the time 30 minutes are gone 😭 You'd begin to regret your choice of hair style You look the wall mirror and they've not even gone far 😭 A simpler hairstyle you wish you had gone for But a simpler hairstyle would not be capable of generating the beauty you're looking for 😭💔 In conclusion I really wish one of these inventory creeps like me Could make something like a robot or so For braiding of hair In less than 20 minutes I'm tired of the suffering 😭🫤🙏
