No matter how heavily the snow freezes the earth, when spring arrives, the snow will become the river water that nourishes the land. 寒峭:寒气逼人。 二月风寒峭 二月是春季，春风寒气逼人 琼花:雪花 清霄:天空，高空。 琼花落清霄 雪花从天空高空落下。 覆草:覆盖着枯草 覆草岸边雪 覆盖着枯草的岸边雪 终:最终 化:融化 水中涛:河水里的波涛 终化水中涛 岸边雪虽然现在还能覆盖着河边的枯草。但最终随着天气的转暖还是会融化成水，汇入河中成为河中的波涛。 比喻天道无常， 世间潮流浩浩荡荡，顺之则昌，逆之则亡。想逆天而行，必然灭亡的。
